This class integrates the four traditional elements of Hatha yoga: deep breathing, meditation, beginner to intermediate asanas and mental concentration. Movement is slow to moderate. You will become more conscious of your breath, release tension and increase your energy. We offer sunset yoga; beach yoga; and classes in our calming club room.
