Clients wishing to register for the 3 or 5 day per week session may register within the first week of the scheduled start date.  Camp fee will be pro-rated to accommodate the missed classes.

Alternatively, if the session has been running for more than one week, we suggest clients register for the 10 day flex-pass.  This allows clients to attend a camp on the day(s) of their choice during the 4 week period.

What is a typical day at bootcamp like?
A typical day is simply FUN!!  Our camps are a blast.  Each day brings something new to ensure we keep it fresh as well as keep your body guessing.  Every camp will include a warm-up, cardio, strength training, flexibility, and a cooldown segment.  Camps are designed to be progressive which means that each week the exercises build upon those from the week before.  This pertains to all fitness levels.

Persons wishing to kick their fitness level into overdrive will love the 5 day camp.  Results will be quick.  5 day camps help to ensure clients remain focussed.  5 day camps provide clients with the opportunity to gain an increased level of knowledge in the areas of nutrition, wellness, balance and fitness.  The 3 day camps are perfect for individuals wishing to improve their fitness levels, drop some pounds, firm and tone their bodies in only 4 weeks.  Comeradie is a big part of our camps.  We encourage and motivate each other to adopt a healthy lifestyle even when you are not attending camp.

What is the 10 Day Flexpass?
The 10-day flexpass enables clients to attend 10 classes during the 4 week period in which they registered.  This is perfect for persons who are not able to consistantly commit to specific days of the week.  The flexpass also enables clients to participate in a bootcamp session after the initial start date of the session.
